At MTK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your MTK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they remain protected.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
